He was always available to show us houses and to answer questions. He was extremely knowledgeable about the home-buying process, and would find out the answers to anything we asked that he didn’t know. He has a pleasant personality, but can also drive a hard bargain. When we were at a sticking point with the seller, he lowered his commission so the deal would go through.
