Darin knows the market cold. He educates himself on where the local market is going, and is able to explain that so his clients understand and can adjust their strategies. He was always available to show us houses and to answer questions. He was extremely knowledgeable about the home-buying process, and would find out the answers to anything we asked that he didn’t know. He has a pleasant personality, but can also drive a hard bargain. When we were at a sticking point with the seller, he lowered his commission so the deal would go through. He stuck with us for more than a year until we found the right home. We would definitely recommend him to a friend or relative who wants to buy or sell!
