Darin was extremely knowledgeable and explained the problems and procedures of getting in to a new home. He was extremely patient, and worked diligently to help us find our new home. He was transparent with us. He let us know up front what certain costs we may be looking at. He prepared us for these new responsibilities. He advised us of inspections that should be done before a final purchase. What was and wasn't included in the sale. He helped get extras including appliances we were not expecting. He pointed out features throughout each visit, and asked questions. He listened. I really appreciate him for sticking with us throughout this long hot summer and all the ADOT delays. He was always available to show us houses and to answer questions. He was extremely knowledgeable about the home-buying process, and would find out the answers to anything we asked that he didn’t know. He has a pleasant personality, but can also drive a hard bargain. When we were at a sticking point with the seller, he lowered his commission so the deal would go through. He stuck with us for more than a year until we found the right home. We would definitely recommend him to a friend or relative who wants to buy or sell!
