Michael Smith is by far the most hard working, consummate professional that offers individual, exceptional service as a realtor. From the moment we asked him to meet us to discuss using him as our listing agent to well after the close and sale went through, he provided excellent advise, service and communication. It was like we had a “concierge” instead of a realtor at times. If he didn’t have an immediate answer to a question he followed up and got us the answer quickly. Michael developed a strategy and specific time line that worked with our schedule for listing and held an open house. Not only did Joni make selling my house a stress free process she also sold it for more than &15k over market.
