Working with Tara make the home sale process easy (or as easy as it can be)! She was so helpful with every aspect; she was instrumental in helping to stage the home, coordinating with vendors for repairs, faciliated multiple open houses, and of course advised on the list price, market price adjustments, and negotiating the sale. I listed my home during one of the slower times for the phoenix market but Tara stayed on top of the listing with the same level of enthusiasm as right after I listed the home with her.
