I have never been involved in selling a house. And we have been at this house since being 3 & 4 years old. 68 years in a great neighborhood. But the time had come to make changes. And to me, the whole thing meant P A N I C! There was a lot going on in various facets of of our lives at this time and many processes had to be addressed regarding ability to legally sell the house. An extra piece of property had come our father’s way, that expanded the property, but no one knew there was also a red star on the property that had to be addressed. It was a scary, confusing ordeal to deal with but in time it was dealt with. Then the actual selling of the property. More P A N I C! Jasmine was a life saver to me. She knows the business, she understands it and does not panic. She assures. And reassures. And with her acumen, I began to relax, become somewhat comfortable, stop feeling like a failure because we got old and the house was old too. She knew the good points and she is totally trust worthy. I personally was a wreck, unsure, and scared. We had been in this home all our lives. Her personal interest was not just in a sale, she also was interested in keeping me calm, and encouraged about the process. She is very honest, upbeat, totally reliable, and interested in all aspects of a sale. I am so pleased by the buyer, it made such sense to sell to them because it kept the property as part of a neighborhood. Not having it go to buyers who would break it up and bring apartment dwellers breathing down the necks of the neighbors. That was important to me. Jasmine knows her business. She also knows the heart, and helped make a sale that filled “my heart”. She said the sale would go fast, and it did. But through every step of the way, Jasmine was able to help me, to believe this could happen, trust her to protect my interests, and she truly cared for us as friends. If I ever have to sell a house again we will be using Jasmine and I recommend her to anyone I can.

Danielle is simply amazing. She actually listened to my ideal specifications, worked quickly to put together a list of houses and areas I could tour while in town, and was so kind while providing a rational/practical perspective. Not to mention, I asked her to tour countless homes via FaceTime, as I was navigating purchasing a home from out of state. She made the process easy, and as stress-free as possible! I've recommended all of my friends looking for homes in the Phoenix area to work with Danielle, she is truly a gem.

Danielle is an excellent agent. As first-time home buyers, she was able to guide us through the entire process smoothly. As a beginner to home-buying, there was so many hidden aspects that we were unaware of. She was available at all times to answer questions or give advice. She was always frank regarding her recommendations. If she thought you were making a bad decision, she would let you know as she always has your best interest in mind. Danielle was very flexible with her schedule and always accommodated to our needs. During showings, she crafted well constructed routes, provided useful supplemental information, and selected excellent properties that were within our specifications. Her communication was always prompt and she worked tirelessly as the go-between between the various parties that were involved in the transaction. She made the entire buying process seamless and easy as she took care of all the behind-the-scenes tasks and communications. She is a wealth of knowledge for all things real-estate and had great recommendations for RE adjacent matters such as inspectors, contractors, and other services. She goes above and beyond to support her clients. She or her team was always available to be present and represent us if we were unable to be present ourselves. In our particular case, she was very accommodating with our busy schedules and continued to support us with home-matters even after the home-buying process was concluded. We acquired our home for well under listing price and were able to negotiate many aspects in our favor during the buying process. She will go to the ends of the Earth to ensure that her clients are well taken care of and achieve successful outcomes. We cannot recommend Danielle enough.

Sam is extremely knowledgeable about the housing market, pricing and marketing. His marketing strategy was superior to other agents we interviewed. His pricing of our home was spot on and he did everything he said he would do. His negotiation skills were great. I highly recommend him.

My wife Sandy and I selected and hired Sam, after interviewing him and three others. In terms of what we expected to net from our home sale, Sam didn’t underestimate or overestimate. A major factor was Sam living in close proximity to us. He listened to what we had to say, through the entire process, and we also listened to his suggestions as well. We were able to close on the sale of our home within 60 days of listing it! Sam paid attention to details, and our experience with him, FROM START TO FINISH, was 100% POSITIVE!! We highly recommend Sam Levy!
