Eric helped us immensely in understanding the current market and setting appropriate expectations. He was always responsive in our requests to go see properties, and provided great insight when we realized the first house we offered was not the best fit for us after the inspection process. When we finally found “the one” months later he helped us move faster than any other interested buyers.
