From the start, he did all the research to narrow down properties to fit our exact criteria so when we flew into town we were not wasting any time and only looking at properties that were viable options. As we were deciding which property best fit our needs, we had loads questions and he was incredibly thorough in gathering all of the information we requested. Once we made an offer, he could not have done more to negotiate for a better price, set up necessary inspections, communicate with the mortgage company, etc. We’ve purchased multiple homes over the years and this was, by far, the smoothest transaction.
