Luke has been amazing from start to finish on the purchase. We live out of state so that added an extra layer of complexity but Luke went above and beyond to make the process seamless for us. From the start, he did all the research to narrow down properties to fit our exact criteria so when we flew into town we were not wasting any time and only looking at properties that were viable options. As we were deciding which property best fit our needs, we had loads questions and he was incredibly thorough in gathering all of the information we requested. Once we made an offer, he could not have done more to negotiate for a better price, set up necessary inspections, communicate with the mortgage company, etc. We’ve purchased multiple homes over the years and this was, by far, the smoothest transaction. Originally, we hired Luke to work with us to look for a new home and the resale of our existing home through a different agency, notably I am not the easiest person to work with, but Luke consistently set aside time to answer questions walk us through the process, help us find understanding in the process, Help us view multiple upon multiple homes while giving us his time and his energy even beyond normal working hours. He continuously helped us find solutions and even when he switched companies continued to be a part of the process. Luke is an excellent realtor because he made sure he understood what our needs were in a home. He was not only able to find homes for us that fit our needs but he went above and beyond. He spent many hours searching possible homes and he even went door to door in our target neighborhoods to find potential sellers who didn’t have their home on the market. Luke was quick to respond to our emails, phone calls and if he didn’t know the answer to something he consulted with others on his team. He was always professional but at the same time friendly. If you are looking for an agent who goes the extra mile, Luke is the one for you. When my wife and I sold our home in Tumwater, he suggested we hire a professional photographer for the listing. I wasn’t a 100% on board with this suggestion but we decided to trust his experience and I’m glad we did. We had an offer the first day after we listed our home, for the price we were asking. During the inspection phase of the purchase process, the buyers had asked for a few minor repairs be done. We agreed to the repairs, but at the time my wife and I had started our move across the country. Luke took it upon himself to schedule the work and ensured that the repairs were done to the buyer’s standard. Which allowed my wife and I, to focus on our move.
