To sell my house, I needed to rely on Maria's marketing knowledge as well as her instincts to attract buyers. We had an offer within two days. Getting through to closing took extra extra effort on Maria's part. My house looked beautiful because I put modernizing decisions in Maria's hands. We started with painting and removing popcorn ceilings. She staged with a combination of my things and hers. After the offer, Maria guided requested repairs because she knew talented and economical repairman. The appraisal came in lower than expected which nearly derailed the deal. Maria held the deal together and got me a fair settlement while supporting a very emotional and stressed out seller, namely me. I will never forget her kindness and warmth as well as her nonstop work ethic and efforts on my behalf.

I honestly have no words for Maria. She went above and beyond anything I would expect. I was wishy washy over 4 different houses and she took it all in stride and just kept saying we will find the right one. She took me to multiple houses to view and when I finally decided she was by my side! The closing and all paperwork involved she again was right by my side. Called me multiple times daily to make sure all was ok. She explained EVERYTHING in detail to me. I could not have asked for anyone better. The knowledge she possesses is unbelievable. I moved into a retirement village and there’s more details that need to be covered and well she was in it. Helped me with utilities. She would drive by to make sure house ok until closing. ( I was in California). I just don’t have words to relay my feelings for her and the work she completed to have me in my home.

Maria was an amazing asset for us during the purchase of our home. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us and was there for us at every step of the process. She is like a best friend you didn't know you needed. We will absolutely use her again if given the chance.
