Patrick was amazing!

Excellent working with Patrick! Patrick was amazing to work with. He spent a substantial amount of time getting to know our preferences, and curated specific recommendations based upon that knowledge. There was one day he mapped out and had us tour over 10 separate properties! Ordinarily, this could have easily caused confusion or challenge, but his process, and diligent note-taking kept us on time and also well-organized to develop a list of "nopes", "maybes" and "keepers". We are very grateful for Patrick and his knowledge!
