She quickly was able to 'interview' us to help narrow the areas down to two core areas but remained flexible to new input as we did our research in parallel. She quickly helped arrange showings as we were driving out. She was great not weighing too much as we viewed properties to let us fully see a place and then would give her good insights post showings, pointing out subtle things about builder quality and things to look out for. We ended up loving North Scottsdale and although we had to return back out of state, she continued to assist while we were out of town and ultimately during the closing inspections, helping to represent us while we were out of town. Even post our close, Jessica continued to help with recommendations for shutters, landscaping, cabinet makers, and handymen, which all of have been so beneficial to us.
