We turned to Dawn after our previous realtor struggled with selling our home. What Dawn brought to the table was unreal. She knew Mountain Brook Village like no one else. Patrick has been our agent for the last several years, He has helped us acquire and sell some homes, Patrick is always Immaculate in Looks, Professional in presentation, on time, dependable, honest, willing to fight for our side even on the smallest thing if it is about principal! Patrick goes above and beyond Always!! He takes the time to help stage the house for maximum Dollar, he even has spent 20 plus hours going shopping with my Wife to find that perfect planter or picture or bedspread, being very eclectic if we can't find it he offer pieces out of his own house that is furnished by him to the T!
