This is the 4th real estate transaction we've done with LeeAnne and for good reason. She is a wonderful partner for anyone buying or selling a home. She's a great listener, has strong attention to detail and is patient with people and the process. I can't recommend her enough.

We were not in a big rush to sell the house and we wanted to try to get maximum value so we priced it on the high side to start and LeeAnne provided a good estimate on where to start and also provide a good feedback when she thought it was time to reduce the price. She listened to us, gave us suggestions and was willing to execute what we decided was the best path forward. LeeAnne also has an excellent network of Handyman, tradesmen, etc. to help fix up the house both before the sale and during the BINSR cycle. Very knowledge about the whole process. LeeAnne is the best!

Overall good experience. The seller and agent were a little difficult but LeeAnne handled everything perfectly. Communication was a bit spotty at times but everything worked out perfectly.
