Whether you’re looking to rent, buy or sell your home, Rebecca is the best! She was referred to us in 2010 when we were looking for someone to manage our rental property. Choosing her was the best decision and we are grateful to have found her. Our property stayed rented out with wonderful, respectful tenants. She made the experience stress-free and we never had to worry about a thing. When it came time to sell the property 2 months ago, she consulted us with wise and in-depth information and we trusted her advice fully. She even educated herself on the neighborhood and even the neighbors in order to find the right fit for a tenant/buyer. Our home had a great offer within days, and closed within weeks. I would recommend her to anyone who needs a realtor or property manager that you can trust!

Yasmeen went out of her way to get to know our neighborhood so she could speak knowledgeably to buyers. She was communicative and knowledgeable, and supportive but without pressure to be something other than we were. She helped inform us so that we could make the decisions that were right for us and on the time frame we wanted. She gave us solid advice from beginning to end and walked us through what we could expect. Her photographer was great and marketing materials were wonderful. She signed us up for realtor tours as well as open houses and gave us honest feedback as to what we needed to do. She connected us with solid tradespeople and cleaners when we needed work done before closing. In short, she worked hard yet made everything feel easy and not stressful. She is truly a one of a kind realtor.

Richard recently helped me sell a townhome in Oro Valley that I thought would never sell. He helped me with all aspects of the sales process, including coordinating repair work, as well as making great suggestions on additional improvements that would make the home sell faster. He is always accessible and very responsive, and has a deep network of trustworthy pros that can help prepare a house for sale or get it ready for move in. He also did a great job with pricing the home as he really knows the Tucson & surrounding area market, and in my case, the home had a great offer on the first day we listed it and eventually closed with that buyer. I agree with one of the other reviewers that Richard truly is a rare "full-service realtor" which is a pretty unique aspect of his approach to business. I would hands down recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in Tucson.
