Karin was eager to set up appointment s to view houses each day while we were on vacation around the Thanksgiving holiday. She knew what red flags to watch out for such as broken window seals, etc. She was there with us for the inspection process and helped come up with a list the top contractors to get second opinions. She was there for the signing at Escrow and there for the final walk through. She went above and beyond the day after the final walk through and showed up with her husbands nice big pick up truck to haul away some things left behind in the garage by the previous owners, such as a can of garbage, big cardboard, throw rugs, an old TV table cabinet, etc. She even pulled a few weeds while waiting for us to finish a call with the gas company using her phone. Karin is very generous with her time and makes sure all of our needs are met. She also offered to drive me to the airport after inspections since we haven’t moved to the area full time yet. We appreciate all that Karin does with her attention to detail. Her communication is timely whether it be emails, texts or phone calls. She is very quick to respond which helps with any questions we may have at any time. We recommend Karin Philips to help anyone look for their next home. Thank you Karin

From the start, Tracy extremely expedient with our communications and answers to any and all "real estate" questions--i she did not know something, she researched it and came back with an answer swiftly.. She greatly assisted with finding local contractors to take care of the few repairs that we deemed necessary, and has remained in contact after Closing, so we can always come back to her with a question, should one arise. We highly recommend here, and indeed we may well use her services when we sell our old property.

In the end I’m convinced that we got the best possible sale price in spite of numerous problems with the property.
