Karin was eager to set up appointment s to view houses each day while we were on vacation around the Thanksgiving holiday. She knew what red flags to watch out for such as broken window seals, etc. She was there with us for the inspection process and helped come up with a list the top contractors to get second opinions. She was there for the signing at Escrow and there for the final walk through. She went above and beyond the day after the final walk through and showed up with her husbands nice big pick up truck to haul away some things left behind in the garage by the previous owners, such as a can of garbage, big cardboard, throw rugs, an old TV table cabinet, etc. She even pulled a few weeds while waiting for us to finish a call with the gas company using her phone. Karin is very generous with her time and makes sure all of our needs are met. She also offered to drive me to the airport after inspections since we haven’t moved to the area full time yet. We appreciate all that Karin does with her attention to detail. Her communication is timely whether it be emails, texts or phone calls. She is very quick to respond which helps with any questions we may have at any time. We recommend Karin Philips to help anyone look for their next home. Thank you Karin

Sara was amazing! I wasn’t the easiest client, I changed my idea of what I was looking for and Sara never gave up on me. We found the perfect house and I couldn’t be happier with my new home. She made the entire process so easy. She is extremely committed to her clients. She is extremely responsive and will get information and answers in minutes. She is also incredibly knowledgeable and I fully trusted her to give me advice on the best strategy for the offer I submitted. I will recommend Sara to anyone I know that is in the market or looking to list their home. I cannot thank her enough for everything and all the work she put in on this sale.

Since January we visited 2 houses unfortunately my husband and I did not have the initial payment and my energy went down we thought it was not the time and Sara continued to communicate with me thinking and looking for options to be able to buy the house and it was in the month of April when I again saw the possibility of our dream of our own house. And I contacted a lender where it was possible. Thank you Sara for your work, your professionalism, and empathy. In addition to buying the house, we also found a friend in the family
