Sara Thomas will not give up on you even if you give up yourself on buying your property getting a house isn’t that easy and may take time she will guide you through everything and has a great communication with her clients and got me and my family the house of our dreams she really is an amazing realtor if you’re looking for someone that has communication, negotiation, professionalism she will be the perfect fit.

Since January we visited 2 houses unfortunately my husband and I did not have the initial payment and my energy went down we thought it was not the time and Sara continued to communicate with me thinking and looking for options to be able to buy the house and it was in the month of April when I again saw the possibility of our dream of our own house. We cold called Sara regarding a home we were interested in. She was available that next day, but I was out of state. My husband and daughter went to look at the home. They decided it wouldn’t be what we wanted, so Sara showed them others. One of the was exactly what we were looking for. We put in a bid while I was out of state and it was ultimately accepted. As things turned out, we ended up having to close when I was out of state again. Sara was instrumental in making sure everything was taken care of and all necessary paperwork was in to make our closing date. Her enthusiasm and easy going attitude made it an extremely easy process. Additionally, she was extremely personable with my kids and grandchildren, who accompanied us several times. I would highly recommend her.

This experience with Sara representing us in getting our forever home has truly been rewarding. She was there for us when we were struggling with some of the tasks. Sara was always so personable and accommodating with her help and her knowledge of this industry. I will recommend her to anyone I can in purchasing a home.
