We’ve had the pleasure of working with Jennifer for both buying and selling. In this circumstance, Jennifer was exemplary in helping us prepare the house to sell. From the start, she listened to our wants and needs and acted accordingly. She hired professionals and gave us helpfuf tips. When offers came in she was always above board and provided sound advice throughout the entire process. She handled any issues we experienced with professionalism and was articulate in her responses. I’ll work with her again if we have the opportunity and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a competent realtor.

My parents decided to sell their co-op this year after more than 20 years of ownership. They placed the responsibility of selling in my hands and I reached out to Jennifer. She did a great job getting the place listed quickly, making it look good with professional photographs and even found a buyer without involving a second realtor, which saved my parents some money on commissions. She was great responding to my texts quickly and in general seemed to make the whole process less stressful than I thought it would be.

Jen is a first-class agent. She works hard on your behalf and is an excellent communicator. She is trustworthy and easy to work with; these are qualities we have sought out and finally found in Jen!
