What an incredible surprise.
We thought we didn't need a realtor, heck we were getting offers over the phone. Someone told us Jillian could get us a lot more money, and we laffed. In less than 24 hours after speaking with this incredible woman, she presented us an offer of $50,000 more for our property than we thought possible. Do you think were happy??
