My parents decided to sell their co-op this year after more than 20 years of ownership. They placed the responsibility of selling in my hands and I reached out to Jennifer. She did a great job getting the place listed quickly, making it look good with professional photographs and even found a buyer without involving a second realtor, which saved my parents some money on commissions. She was great responding to my texts quickly and in general seemed to make the whole process less stressful than I thought it would be.

Jennifer Hess, with Omni Homes International, is a remarkable realtor! I couldn’t have had a more competent and knowledgeable buyers agent. She understood what I was looking for and what I could afford and helped me persist in finding that. This was not a large sale yet she gave it her all! I was living in the Phoenix area and with how quickly things go in the Tucson market, driving down to see a house was not really an option. Jennifer went out of her way to get to a new listing I was interested in, as quickly as possible, to FaceTime and show me the place. As I saw what she looked at as far as repairs that might be needed and her attention to detail I became 100% confident that I could make an offer on a house without seeing it in person.
