Working with Coach John was one of the best real estate experiences I’ve ever had. From the beginning, he stood out as someone who truly understands creative financing and knows how to structure deals that make sense for the client — not just the lender or seller. I came to Coach John with a challenge: I wanted to buy a home but didn’t want to bring money to closing. Most agents told me it couldn’t be done. Coach John not only said it was possible but showed me exactly how. Through his expertise, he structured a wrapped loan that allowed me to purchase my home with no money down at closing. He explained every detail of the process in clear, simple terms, ensuring I understood how it all worked before moving forward. What really impressed me was his ability to negotiate. He didn’t just find a home I loved — he negotiated an incredible deal on it. His deep understanding of market conditions, seller motivation, and creative financing strategies made the transaction smooth and successful. At every stage, I felt confident that he was fighting for my best interests. Coach John is more than just a real estate agent — he’s a teacher and strategist. His coaching background shows in the way he communicates and guides his clients. He kept me informed, educated, and empowered throughout the entire process. I never felt left in the dark or unsure about what was happening. By the time we closed, I not only owned a home with no money out of pocket, but I also understood how the deal was structured and how it would benefit me long-term. That kind of transparency and creativity is rare in real estate. If you’re looking for an agent who knows how to make deals work — even when others say they can’t — Coach John is the one you want in your corner. His knowledge, professionalism, and innovative approach to financing set him apart as one of the top agents in the business. He doesn’t just close deals — he creates opportunities.

We interviewed several agents to decide on the person to represent us and our HOME. The first time we met Tom we were impressed with his concept of a team sales force. I had always been opposed to the idea of an Open House. Tom convinced me that used correctly an open house is a great sales tool and that he and his team would use the Open House strategy along with the many of the other tools he has developed during his career. True to his word, he and his team did a great job featuring our home and getting the word out that our home was for sale. Unfortunately the Pandemic took the wind out of the sails during the sales campaign - but not before the new owner had visited and expressed an interest in our home. Tom made sure that we were kept abreast of the complications created by the pandemic and the many people and organizations involved in the sale of a home. Tom and his team worked as he said, as our employee. Because of the fair and honest representation Tom provided I would not hesitate to use his services in the future.

My wife and I couldn't be more pleased with Mr. Miranda's commitment and performance to the marketing and successful sale of our home in Ventana Mountain Estates. He invested $ personally to ensure that the home was globally viewed, and indeed our buyer came from the midwest. Of all real estate agents that I have engaged in Tucson during my 56 years as a resident, Manny worked the hardest, had a great attitude and went far beyond our expectations to ensure a fantastic outcome.
