I purchased my house with Shellece's help in Mesa, Arizona. I was working and going to school full time. I knew I wanted a house but I didn't know if I could afford it. I also didn't have much time to dedicate to searching. Shellece was extremely accommodating in meeting me around my busy schedule. She took time to get to know what I was looking for and what I felt my budget was. She helped me find a great house that fit perfectly with my needs. She was extremely considerate to me and my situation. I didn't feel coerced or pushed into any phase of the process. She made the daunting task of finding a home stress-free and simple. I feel her broad experience and knowledge base promoted confidence in her and the information she conveyed. I have referred a few close friends to her that have had similar experiences.

Huge thank you to Janie Peterman for her help, support, and hard work helping me narrow my search and find my perfect home! Janie was so very good at her job to sort through the large number of listings in various communities and really listening to my feedback to reduce the search criteria to just what I was looking for! She actually knew better than I did what I was looking for, which I think is pretty amazing!
