Janie was so very good at her job to sort through the large number of listings in various communities and really listening to my feedback to reduce the search criteria to just what I was looking for! It's been 4 months since my family and I moved and settled into our new home and we're finally writing a review for Johannes. Johannes was professional, responsive, and incredibly patient and he advised us on every step of the home buying process with honesty. It was definitely a 5 star experience! Johannes has kept in contact since we closed (he sent us a congratulatory basket with house essentials and toys for the little one!) and we feel well taken care of. As a widowed senior I have never sold or purchased a home on my own & was hesitant going into the unknown. Johannes put all my fears to rest & walked me through the entire process of selling my house & buying a condo. He has a keen eye & his attention to detail is amazing, pointing out & suggesting things I never would have thought of on my own. Johannes was there for me every step of the way & kept in constant contact bringing me up to speed on the events of the day & informing me what the next step would be. He priced my home correctly & it sold in two days...never in my wildest dreams did I think that could happen. There was never a problem too large or too small for Johannes to solve.
