I have been working with Johannes off and on for years. He has gone out of his way for me on numerous occasions during my long journey to finding the right home. His knowledge and willingness to help me fully understand everything, even when I asked the same questions over and over again was outstanding and appreciated. He made it a point to keep me informed during every step of the process (which was nerve wrecking), helping to ease the anxiousness of the process.
