The only reason this deal got done and got done on time is because of Shelley. We received a quick close offer on our condo right as we headed into the Christmas/New Years season when everyone goes into holiday mode with their work schedules and communication. It was difficult reaching the buyers realtor, the HOA, the property manager and pretty much everyone but Shelley was persistent. Her professionalism, experience, tenacity and thoroughness got the deal done at the midnight hour. Shelley went above and beyond and we can't thank her enough. When we buy again in Arizona or Tennessee, we will absolutely be working with Shelley and highly recommend her to anyone in these areas looking to purchase real estate.

I met Ronda at an Open House. Conversation was very open, honest, and I could tell that she cared - wonderful listening skills! Oh and did I mention patience; she must have shown us 50 homes. With her vast knowledge of the areas and communities that we were interested in, she provided us the information that we needed to find our dream home. She really heard us - and found us the home! Ronda gave us direction at every step to make the home buying experience smooth and stress free as possible. We were so lucky to find her.
