Bridgette Michel

I don't even have the appropriate word to describe my experience with Bridgette so I will just say she is AMAZING!! She was referred to me about 4 years ago by a family member who had nothing but wonderful things to say about her so I first reached out to have her help me find a rental when I moved from NH to AZ. A year later she helped me find and purchase what I thought was going to be my forever home but life took me in another direction and I needed to upsize. I didn't even hesitate to reach out to her again and as always she was right there to help. We just recently closed on what will now (hopefully) be our forever home but if I ever find myself in a position where I need to move again or purchase a second property, she is absolutely the first call I am making! She is professional but very personable as well, even my loan officer told me how amazing she was to work with and how fortunate I was to have her as my realtor! So, if you want a realtor who is always right there when you need her, willing to help with anything, and I mean ANYTHING, someone who is always on standby and makes you feel like her #1 client then I promise you that Bridgette Michel is the realtor for you!!

My wife and I first met Ms. Michel at a mutual friend's home in the Phoenix area. We were instantly impressed with her ability to communicate in ASL (American Sign Language), as my wife is deaf. She was intimately familiar with the City of Surprise, Arizona where we wished to relocate from San Antonio, Texas. She showed us the various areas in which new construction was being conducted, pointing out the plus and minus of each destination. After three busy days of inspecting new homes, we decided on the Desert Oasis location which featured Pulte Homes. Knowing what our budget was, she worked very diligently with the Pulte Homes sales staff, lowering the cost of the home from $312,000.00 down to $288,000.00, a savings of $24,000.00 dollars. She walked us through all of the necessary paperwork, and in no time all we owned our dream home! Ms. Michel didn't stop there. She further assisted us with having the property landscaped and introduced to yet another contractor who assisted with some upgrades in the kitchen area. She regularly checks on us to monitor our progress or to assist us with any questions or concerns we might have. She demonstrates tremendous amount of knowledge in the Real Estate business and is an absolute Daisy with a most charming personality!

We were looking for a home in AZ while our MD home gained traction with selling and needed a specific skill set for our transitional needs. Bridgette was recommended to me by a coworker as being very talented with finding a great home. A GREAT RECOMMENDATION INDEED!!! Bridgette set up viewings based on what our tastes and desires were, which she learned pretty quick. She walked through every step and was there for every encounter. Not to mention that she is a fellow Louisianan!!! Great personality! Great realty knowledge!! Great legal skills as well!!! Thank you so much Bridgette for all of your help. We are so happy!!!
