I live in Chino Hills, California and wanted to purchase another home in Arizona, which I did in September. Kellen King was the real estate agent. He was very professional and made the transaction effortless for me, living out of state. The property inspection company came out right away, did the inspection, and the seller agreed to handle the things noted on the inspection, which made me happy. Kellen cared about me as a client, paid close attention to details, and kept everyone (the bank, property inspection company, escrow office and me) on track to get the escrow closed in about 3 1/2 weeks. I have a couple of friends who plan to move to Arizona within a year or two and are excited to meet Kellen King because of my wonderful experience. I have so much respect for his integrity and work ethics. He is honest and trustworthy and knows the real estate market. I would recommend him very strongly to anyone in search of a home.

Braden was always available for all my questions and follow up questions explaining how things worked to me and putting my mind at ease when things got stressful. He consistently responded to my messages the same day or immediately the next morning. He was extremely knowledgeable about homes in the area, competitive pricing, and what would fit my needs. If I didn’t understand any terminology he patiently explained it to me to ensure I fully understood what everything meant. He encouraged me to explore the neighborhood and surrounding areas of where I was looking to buy to ensure I had easy access to everywhere I would normally frequent. When it came to negotiating the deal he was confident and strategic. He consistently kept me updated throughout the closing process of what was going on and where we stood. I was met with a significant amount of hurdles in closing and Braden was calm and confident throughout assuring me that it was all normal and there was a solution to everything, and he provided those solutions without faltering. He seemed to genuinely want to do everything he could to get me into my new home, get the repairs done I wanted to get done on my own terms, and make sure I was as comfortable as I could possibly be going into it. I couldn’t have asked for a better realtor to be in my corner!
