Greg was so very responsive and caring in all phases of this experience. He would answer texts and emails immediately with all answers that I needed. His many years in this business were evident. David was very knowledgeable about the market and did a lot of research to keep up with it. His communication and professionalism were beyond what I had expected. We had moved and the house was vacant. Even though David was located an hour or so away, he kept a close eye on the house. He made many trips to check on things and hold open houses. He arranged for contractors to take care of a few necessary things. Most of all throughout the process we became friends. My wife and I consider him a good friend and hopefully our paths will cross again and we can share some wine.
