It was a wonderful exprience.

David was very knowledgeable about the market and did a lot of research to keep up with it. His communication and professionalism were beyond what I had expected. We had moved and the house was vacant. Even though David was located an hour or so away, he kept a close eye on the house. He made many trips to check on things and hold open houses. He arranged for contractors to take care of a few necessary things. Most of all throughout the process we became friends. My wife and I consider him a good friend and hopefully our paths will cross again and we can share some wine. I would highly recommend David, if you are looking for a very knowledgeable, hard working, honest realtor.
