Darin was extremely knowledgeable and explained the problems and procedures of getting in to a new home. He was extremely patient, and worked diligently to help us find our new home. He was transparent with us. He let us know up front what certain costs we may be looking at. He prepared us for these new responsibilities. He advised us of inspections that should be done before a final purchase. What was and wasn't included in the sale. He helped get extras including appliances we were not expecting. He pointed out features throughout each visit, and asked questions. He listened. I really appreciate him for sticking with us throughout this long hot summer and all the ADOT delays. Dave is one of a kind. He has grown up in the real estate business early on with his father's real estate company. Dave not only understands the business, but he will also spend the time to look at the details of the deal. He did two things to save the deal for me. First there was a concern about the size of the kitchen. Dave knew of a person who had the same home and actually increase the size of the kitchen. He was able to get pictures and share with the potential buyer. Thus, knowing the neighborhood and community is critical in the selling process. Further he took the report from an appraiser and find numerous errors and share with the buyer's associates. Both of these things help lead to the final sale of our home. Not only this he is a friend, I love and trust him as well. How could you ever find a better realtor to either help you sell or purchase a home? None!! They don't exist. Thanks. George Z
