Dave is one of a kind. He has grown up in the real estate business early on with his father's real estate company. Dave not only understands the business, but he will also spend the time to look at the details of the deal. He did two things to save the deal for me. First there was a concern about the size of the kitchen. Dave knew of a person who had the same home and actually increase the size of the kitchen. He was able to get pictures and share with the potential buyer. Thus, knowing the neighborhood and community is critical in the selling process. Further he took the report from an appraiser and find numerous errors and share with the buyer's associates. Both of these things help lead to the final sale of our home.
