Susan went above and beyond our expectations. We wanted a fairly quick sale and she helped stage inside and outside and quickly arranged multiple showings and offers. She was always available to deal with issues quickly and efficiently. As we were out of state during the sale process she also assisted us by arranging for and supervising several professionals who took care of issues that arose from the home inspection. We certainly couldn’t have done it without all the extras she did for us.

I purchased my house with Shellece's help in Mesa, Arizona. I was working and going to school full time. I knew I wanted a house but I didn't know if I could afford it. I also didn't have much time to dedicate to searching. Shellece was extremely accommodating in meeting me around my busy schedule. She took time to get to know what I was looking for and what I felt my budget was. She helped me find a great house that fit perfectly with my needs. She was extremely considerate to me and my situation. I didn't feel coerced or pushed into any phase of the process. She made the daunting task of finding a home stress-free and simple. Janie was so very good at her job to sort through the large number of listings in various communities and really listening to my feedback to reduce the search criteria to just what I was looking for! She actually knew better than I did what I was looking for, which I think is pretty amazing! We had planned on meeting with a few realtors had my list. Met with TOM and MARY they had taken the time to put together a package of resent sales. after walk thru gave us suggestions and reason for them and opinion on value. after they left we new did not have to talk with any one else. called them we would like to have them handle our sale walked us thru whole process best part did not pressure us on any of the offers just explained the pros and cons of each offer then help all the way thru
