I have come to the conclusion that a person should never have a real estate agent rent their home for them They do not care about rentals, only sales!! Linda nelson is a perfect example. I saw a home i wanted to rent in Chandler. I have been hung up on several times or they just have a lock on my number. They do not answer when I call or if they do they say they will get someone to answer my questions, but I always get hung up on. A real estate agent to rent your home for you is a huge waste of money, they will not work for you, only for themselves!!
