Susan went above and beyond our expectations. We wanted a fairly quick sale and she helped stage inside and outside and quickly arranged multiple showings and offers. She was always available to deal with issues quickly and efficiently. As we were out of state during the sale process she also assisted us by arranging for and supervising several professionals who took care of issues that arose from the home inspection. We certainly couldn’t have done it without all the extras she did for us.

Bill was amazing in selling our property. From the pre-market analysis of like properties to ensure the correct asking price, to follow through with professional photos and marketing materials, to support through the home inspection and providing excellent contractors to carry out repairs. Communication throughout everything was excellent.

Bill was great from the get go! He listened to what I said I was interested in and helped me find my home. From the moment I walked in, I felt it was mine. The only thing was there were 5 offers, including mine. Bill provided his insights on what it would take for the offer to be accepted and I listened. I believe one of the main reasons my offer was accepted was because of Bill’s reputation of working fairly and in a diplomatic way with all parties involved. That was my experience… A true win-win! I am happy beyond words. 🥰

Patricia did an AMAZING job selling our house. She has many years of experience and knowledge; she's super friendly and caring. She sold our house in 8 days!! During the process, she went above and beyond, advertising our listing on many sites, doing an open house, and really working with us to make it happen. She also guided us step-by-step through the paperwork and inspection process, carefully watching out to make sure we were protected in every way.
