Kathi took the knowledge of the current market and its selling points and communicated our best projected offer price and staged the house to make it look amazing for offers In the process it can be all encompassing and overwhelming for myself as well as the team, Kathi always remained professional and dedicated until the mission was complete.

As interest rates went up and the amount of down payment went down, she adjusted my needs and wants and showed me many options in the 55+ communities. She helped me narrow down my choices and walked me through the buying process all the way through escrow. She stayed on top of the paperwork and explained anything I wasn't sure of. Due to the sudden market change, Sandy had to be very creative and pull out all the stops. She did everything plus more to get us a favorable out come. I doubt if very many realtors could have done what she did for us. I my book she is the best there is.
