Kathi helped the reviewer sell this property

Excellent guidance through each process

We (Paul and I ) had the pleasure of having Kathi as our agent. She is informative of the current market and laid out a wonderful plan to market, showcase and sell our house. Since we didn’t live in town, Kathi beautifully coordinated the whole process keeping us updated everyday about the various stages of the selling process. She met us on short notices when the need arose. We would recommend Kathi as an agent to go to. She has a wonderful team.
