Manu did an amazing job selling our house in Jan 2022. Right from guidance about when to list the house, what upgrades to do or not do in the house before selling, getting ready for staging, open houses and negotiating final offer. She was collaborative and worked with us through the process taking our opinions into consideration and pivoting when we asked to. Her team - stagers, people who took pictures etc were all amazing.
