Terrific service
Diane’s listing strategy paid off by getting 13 offers with the highest 200k over list. She held steady while the agent for the buyers delayed closing several times. She acted as project manager for the needed upgrades prior to listing, going so far as making multiple trips to Home Depot to buy needed items. We would definitely recommend Diane.
