We contacted Debbie as we were looking to move out of the Bay Area. She put us in contact with a real estate agent in the area that we were looking to move. We had her come by and look at our house, so we could know what things we needed to do to sell our house. She was very helpful with her suggestions. Anytime we had questions, we would give her a call, and she was always quick to respond. After finding a new house in the location we wanted to move, Debbie came by, went through everything with us and listed our house. Inspections were done, pictures taken and within 2 weeks our house was sold. Debbie takes care of everything, including dropping off boxes and bubble wrap for our packing. While we moved to our new home, Debbie was taking care of getting rid of furnishings and appliance's that we no longer needed. There are so many things going on with selling, then buying a new home, it's easy to miss something or misunderstand something.
