He consistently followed up with selling agent over a year time, Yes! (it took a year in escrow due to buying party constraints) and helped me decide the best choice without applying any pressure. He did this with constant updates, suggestions, and recommendations, and even came down to SD to help me look for potential replacements. With all the online agents now a days, I doubt they would have spent the time without any guarantees of closing the deal.
