In 2020, Melanie helped my sister buy and sell the house so I knew her since then. Around 2021, My husband and I started to look for the house and we contacted Melanie. It took a long way to find the right home for us and sometimes we were frustrated with the market but Melanie always encouraged us to not give up and helped us through the whole process. She is really responsive and enthusiastic about any problems that comes up. I had to take care the baby so I usually bothered her at night even really late, she still responded quickly to make sure keep us on the right track and not to worry about anything. I really love her and we appreciate all her hard work. If I didn't ask for her help, I don't think we could get the house in this crazy market!!
