A knowledgeable, hard worker with great attention to detail, she & her daughter, Elise guided us through extremely difficult & challenging market conditions to find just the right buyer and get the sale of our property done. While ALWAYS remaining positive & assuring us that good things WILL happen, she never gave up- tirelessly pushing and exploring every possible lead, avenue & member in her network to generate offers until the right one came along. Many times, Catherine's efforts to prepare, market & present the property went way above & beyond what one would normally expect from a realtor. She did whatever was necessary to smooth out the logistics of the process & was relentless in making everything, especially all of the little details, happen.
