This was our third transaction with Tami, having previously sold a house and bought the property we just sold here. Tami is exceptional. Not only is she a responsive, kind and engaged communicator who was always happy to pick up the phone to answer a question anytime we would call, she also knows everybody! She’s been doing this for 20 years, and every realtor we encountered had a good story to share about her. She connected us to the best inspectors, contractors, painters, stager, etc. to get our house sold extremely quickly (a week & a half!) for a price that far exceeded my expectation. Besides being a rockstar agent with incredible connections, savvy, and experience, Tami is just an amazing person. Grounded, kind, and with a great sense of humor, I feel happy to know her.

Six years ago I decided to sell my house in Berkeley and fortunately I found Tami Bobb to handle the sale.I had never been involved in a sale like this and Tami was invaluable to me.She was always available ,councelled me and handled all the details-even driving to Santa Rosa to a local Title Company to sign off on the property so that I would not have to drive down to Berkeley. I am living in a Senior Center and 2 new residents are in the process of selling their homes.The problems and worries they are experiencing are such a contrast to all that Tami did for me. I wish they had someone as dedicated as Tami so they could relax as I did.
