Real estate teams in AL, 36561

The Bushaw Team help me in the acquisition of two residential properties in the Gulf Shores area. Kristy helped me in establishing the values of each property and the negotiations with the sellers. She is now assisting me with finding several commercial properties for potential acquisition. I would and have recommended the Bushaw Team to others in need of a great real estate agent.

We have worked with Kristy and her team on many transactions over the years and they never cease to amaze at the results that can produce. Highly recommend Kristy should you be buying or selling.

Kristy and her team were impressive from the first time I spoke to them. I received a post card in the mail with a nearby home for sale which prompted me to reach out. I could really tell Kristy wanted to earn my business as she answered every one of my questions and proved she had tons of knowledge and resources. Caitlyn and Kirsty worked really hard, really fast, using all their contacts and knowledge to get my house ready for sale. They solved my landscaping issue quickly and affordably prior to the photos. They coordinated other contractors for me as well. I loved that Kristy and her daughter Caitlyn each were excellent with communication whether sending much needed updates on the process or answering any questions that I had. As an experienced seller/ buyer and fellow real estate professional, I likely would be considered a more difficult client. I am buying too and Caitlyn has been able to field on my investor questions and collect data so I can make the best possible decisions from a far.

David was excellent, clear communication throughout the whole process for my first time buying a home. We looked at a wide variety of options and he helped me weigh out the pros and cons of all of them. We went through multiple offers on homes until we found the right one, and he was patient and helpful all along the way. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking to sell or purchase a home!

Answered all phone calls promptly and my and my wife's questions .

This was the second time we worked with David Coate as our realtor and both times he made the process quick and easy. He is very professional and is very knowledgeable of the market and surrounding area. He checked in with us frequently and kept us aware of what was going on. David sold our home quick for the price we were asking. We highly recommend him!
