They coordinated other contractors for me as well. I loved that Kristy and her daughter Caitlyn each were excellent with communication whether sending much needed updates on the process or answering any questions that I had. As an experienced seller/ buyer and fellow real estate professional, I likely would be considered a more difficult client.
