We did not live locally and after accepting an offer, we experienced a hurricane (with damage) for the home being sold. Lorie was quick to share pictures/info after the damage of the hurricane and helped us quickly line up repairs so closing would not be delayed unnecessarily. If we had another home to sell, we would use her team again. 5 stars.
