I used Bill as my realtor for a relocation from New Jersey to Florida and he has been amazing. Every step of the process, he has been ahead of the game. He went to both walkthroughs on my behalf while I was still in New Jersey, and made sure every last detail in the house was flawless before closing. He is so knowledgeable and helpful, and I can't recommend him enough.

Bill was patient with us- we came into town to look at a lot of houses in a short amount of time with two young kids. He had a great deal of knowledge about the area and subdivisions. He knew a lot about the builders and quality of the homes. We gave him a long list of homes to see, but we actually bought one that he chose to show us after learning our needs, wants and style.

There are so many agents to choose from but Bill is literally THE BEST. His knowledge of neighborhoods, construction, vendors, etc was excellent. He was always patent and didn't rush us to chose. He was always extremely professional and his follow-up was amazing. We are so happy with our house and new neighborhood.

In April we decided to move from NC to FL. In May we met and went house-hunting with Bill for a few days. We returned again in July for a few more days of house-hunting and basically returned to NC with a purchase agreement. Bill provided advice and guidance throughout the entire process, and freely shared his knowledge of the area we now call home.
