Bill has been excellent. We were fairly naive to the home buying process and Bill walked us through to make it a much easier process. He offered nice discounts based on employer, military veteran etc to make the numbers work in the end. Even after the sale 6 months ago, he has been responsive and helpful to track down documents we were missing and also pressing a non responsive builder/seller to honor some warranty work. Bill has been great through every step of the process and I would highly recommend. If we ever get to the point of moving again, we will definitely use again!
