We think Bill was a godsend to us. We recently moved from TX to FL and that too is right amidst one of the hottest home sales markets in the last decade or so. We got referred to Bill, by someone who also used him to relocate from a different state. The first thing that stood out about Bill was his humbleness and deep understanding of not just the purchasing criteria but also the often-overlooked cultural needs of his clients. We were pleasantly surprised to note that he knew everything about Indian culture including the Vastu (Indian Feng shui) and cooking preferences. Unlike other realtors with whom we have worked in the past who often demanded that we give them a detailed list of the requirements, Bill spends time understanding our requirements as part of the various home showings that he did. There was no pressure to decide, he was patient and highly accommodating. He arranged the appointments well in advance and if there was any change in our schedules he would promptly reach out to the seller’s office and make necessary adjustments. The next thing that surprised Bill was his in-depth knowledge about the design, architecture, local builder’s quality of the construction, quality of the materials used, and the list is just endless. He has hands-on experience building homes and uses it to advise the clients about what is wrong and right with the homes, in this process you will be amazed to learn so many things about the home constructions. He was honest in all interactions and also discouraged us from making offers to the homes that he thought did not fit our needs or was not priced right or if was in a bad school district or too far from my work location. He took time to advise us what worked and what did not and the rationale behind his advice. There were occasions where we changed our plans and he was very accomodating of such last-minute changes and requests. We enjoyed the time we spent with Bill in our home buying process.
