Bill is an excellent agent. He convinced me to raise my asking price which ultimately netted me more money. He answers texts, calls and emails immediately. He is a seasoned agent who has seen nearly everything, so he knows how to handle and/or avoid any problems. I would definitely use him again.

In 2019, we sold 2 houses in NC to move to FL. Our NC realtor did some research and recommended William Lyons as our FL realtor.
